The Joint Venture project MaltonGates Krungthep Kreeta 2 will be a luxury single detache home development with a project value of approx. 2.1 billion baht.
Construction is slate to commence in Q3 2024, representing Major Development’s continue success in luxury housing project developments where sales is set to begin in early 2025.
Mori Trust Co. Ltd. is engage in developments of large-scale mixed-use projects,primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and the hotel and resorts business nationwide.
