The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announces the listing of Vayupak Fund One Type-A investment units. “VAYU1” will commence trading on SET on October 7, 2024.
VAYU1 employs an investment policy encompassing both debt and equity instruments. The Fund investment emphasizes listed securities with strong fundamentals, good corporate governance, and sustainable business practices that ensure long-term stability. VAYU1’s Type-A investment units total 15 billion units, with a capital mobilization value of THB 150 billion (approx. USD 4.59 billion). Finansa Securities Co., Ltd. served as the financial advisor while Krungthai Asset Management pcland MFC Asset Management pcl act as the fund managers.
