The collaboration aims to meet the future clean energy demands of the industrial, transportation, and power generation sectors while supporting international commitments towards carbon neutrality and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.

The MOU signing marks the collaboration of three strategic partners, combining their expertise and experience in the industry. RATCH Group, a leading power producer with extensive knowledge and expertise in developing large-scale projects and generating electricity from renewable energy, operates across Thailand, Laos, Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

AIF Group, a prominent business conglomerate in Laos, boasts a strong foundation with investments in finance, energy, utilities, and logistics. Meanwhile, Ronitron specializes in technology, distribution, and clean fuel logistics management. Furthermore, this promising business has commercial potential to create long-term value and benefits for the economy, environment, and society.

The Lao PDR is emerging as a potential and prime location for green fuels production due to its accessibility to fundamental infrastructures coupled with diverse renewable energy including hydropower, wind, and solar energy, supported by the power transmission networks and substations, and ample supply of raw water as a critical input for production. Additionally, Laos provides vigorous utilities to enable efficient production of green hydrogen and green ammonia, along with a logistics network connected to Thailand. The target markets for green hydrogen and green ammonia include Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.
