A screening committee of the public and private sector approved 18 projects worth 514 million baht.
The National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), secretary general Danucha Pichayanan said the meeting among the government and the private sector to approve only 18 projects worth 514 million baht. The conclusion will be propose in the cabinet tomorrow (May14).
He said the rest 76 projects worth 25 billion baht, the screening committee agreed to propose the government use normal process of budget allocation. Those projects were propose by the private sector.
Four provinces in the lower central provinces Group 2 proposed the government to develop 94 projects worth total 25.53 billion
The meeting chaired by Deputy prime minister and Energy Minister Piraphan Salirathvibhaga this afternoon considered a proposal of the public and private sector in lower central province Group 2.
The lower central province Group 2 includes Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon.
The proposed projects include tourism, agricultural industry, quality of life development and natural resource development, and infrastructure.
Mr Danucha said NESDC, the Budget Bureau and the Interior Ministry have already surveyed those projects in the related areas.
